Assistant teacher was killed in a road mishap under Tarash upazila of Sirajganj district on Tuesday (28 December) evening.
The deceased was identified as Anjuara Begum(55) an assistant teacher of Mahipur Colony Government Primary School of Garidaha union of Sherpur upazila of Bogura district.
Sherpur Upazila Primary Teachers Somoti chairman Abdul Matin said that when the teacher was seriously injured due to the pressure of the bhatvati, she was first taken to the Upazila Health Complex.
Later on her condition was deteriorated gradually. She was taken to Bogura (SZRMC).Duty doctor declared her dead.
