Former Afghan goalkeeper dies in Corona

Former Afghanistan national football team goalkeeper Sadiq Ibrahimi has died after being hit by a corona. Relatives have confirmed that the star footballer died on Sunday. Ibrahimi’s brother confirmed that he had died of coronavirus. Ibrahimi played for the Afghanistan national team from 2002 to 2006. He played for Afghanistan in the Asian Competition Tournament held in South Korea in 2002 and had a great performance in the matches against Bangladesh and Turkmenistan in 2005. Ali Reza Gorbani, the goalkeeper of the Afghan national futsal team, was also attacked by Corona.
