The development project of Hazrat Shah Makhdum Ruposh (R.) Dargah Sharif of Tk. 24 crore 8 lakh 26 thousand of Rajshahi City Corporation has been approved. AHM Khairuzzaman Liton, Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation, expressed his sincere gratitude to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for approving the project. Rasik Mayor also thanked all concerned including Planning Minister MA Mannan.

According to the Engineering Department of Rajshahi City Corporation, under the development project of Shah Makhdum Ruposh (R.) Dargah Sharif of Tk. Construction of building, construction of mosque with 4 storey minaret, construction of shrine, construction of boundary wall, construction of entrance gate and landscaping will be done.

It may be mentioned that Rajshahi City Corporation submitted the project titled ‘Development of Hazrat Shah Makhdum Ruposh (R.) Dargah Sharif’ to the concerned ministry at a cost of Taka 24 crore 8 lakh 26 thousand crore. Yesterday, February 8, Planning Minister MA Mannan approved the project.
