Meritorious students who passed in 2024-year Dakhil examination of various madrasas of Pabna district were felicitated The event was organised by the renowned Pabna Islamia Fazil Madrasa on Saturday.

ABM Fazlur Rahman, president of the traditional Pabna Press Club, was present as the chief guest in the programme at the Achhir Uddin Sardar auditorium of the madrasa, where madrasa principal Iqbal Hossain presided over the chair.

Among others, Pabna district teachers training coordinator Saifuzzaman, Islami Bank Pabna branch manager (Operation) Abdul Awal, vice principal maulana Abdul Latif, assistant Prof. of Arabic Department Belal Hossain, assistant Prof and teacher representative of English Department Abdullah Arif spoke at the welcomed.

Chief guest ABM Fazlur Rahman said that felicitating successful students in the entrance exam is a sign of intelligence, it will make students more focused on studies and students will be motivated to get good results in future exams.

In addition to good results, he emphasized on character, morals, ethics, and justice, “you should be vocal against injustice and corruption and become truly worthy patriots.”

Madrasa governing body member Abul Kashem, Prof Abdul Momin, journalists Kamrul Islam, Rafiqul Alam Ranju, Nurunnabi, Apurba Atiq Khanamong others were present at the event.

English department assistant teacher Faisal Hossain conducted the programme. The guests gave crests to the meritorious students in the 2024 Dakhil examination at the end the event.
