Dengue awareness rally at Walton Plaza in Chapainawabganj

The dengue outbreak has taken an alarming form. Walton Plaza is rallying in the district to create public awareness to prevent dengue.

A rally was taken out in front of Walton’s showroom at Baro Indara Mor on Monday (September 11) at 11 am. The rally started from the Baro Indara Mor in front of the rally with the slogan ‘Kreta tumi apanjan, ghor Bipode teo tomar amra sathi sarakkhon (“You are the buyer, we are your partner all the time even in dire straits”)’, after circling the various roads of the city, it came back to the same place and ended.

Chapainawabganj Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Tosikul Islam Tosi was present as the chief guest in the rally. Assistant Professor Al Afzal Azizi of Namoshankarbati Degree College was the special guest. The guests urged everyone to be aware.

Walton Plaza Chapainawabganj manager Majedur Rahman, Godagari branch manager Ariful Islam, Rahanpur branch manager Shafiqul Islam, Nachol branch manager Ashfakul Haque, Shibganj branch manager Rabiul Islam, Walton service point manager Hasan Alam and other Walton officials and employees participated in the rally.

Majedur Rahman, manager of Chapainawabganj, said that dengue is now taking a terrible form. We should all be aware and raise awareness. It is never desirable for anyone to lose their loved ones. Therefore this awareness program has been taken nationwide by Walton.
