A noted Association of Banking and other financial Professional, Bankers Club of Bogura has arranged a greeting Programme at Hotel La-Villa in Bogura town on Friday evening.

The Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank Ahmed Jamal was greeted by Bankers Club of Bogura district while he arrived in Bogura for a visit.

Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, Bogura, and President of Bankers Club, Bogura, AFM Shahinul Islam presided over the greeting programme while Assistant General Manager (AGM and Head of Bogura Zone-North) of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank and Treasurer of Bankers Club, Bogura Md. Shahinur Islam and Senior Principal Officer (SPO) and Manager of Sherpur Road branch of Sonali Bank Limited and Social Welfare Secretary of Bankers Club, Bogura, Aleya Ferdousi Roni.

Deputy Governor Ahmed Jamal said that the scarcity of dollars will be solved very soon and some people tried to spread rumour against banking and financial activities but failed later and all banks should play responsible roles. The demands of Bankers Club will be under consideration.
