15-member committee of Gaibandha Association of Bogura has been formed after a long discussed at Hotel Real Taste at Jaleshwaritola area in Bogura on Friday night.

For keeping the interests of the inhabitants of Gaibandha in Bogura, the committee was formed for three years. The convener of Gaibandha Association, Bogura Noted Journalist of “The Asian Age” and Assistant Professor in English of Kahaloo Adarsha Women’s Degree College Md. Mamun-ur-Rashid presided over the committee forming programme.

After the discussion and comments of the present delegates, 15-member committee and 14-m3nmber advisory committee was formed and the committee will conduct their duties after the discussion with the advisory committee members.

ATM Rashidul Islam Shovon and Firoj Kabir were nominated as the President and General Secretary for the next three years for keeping the interest of the people of Gaibandha living in Bogura.

The committee emphasized the necessity of the office room of the association and their oath taking programme will be held very soon and the committee forming programme was ended through the dinner party.
