Pabna Science and Technology University (PUST) observed the Jail Killing Day with due dignity on Thursday.

Wreaths were laid at PUST paid tribute to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s birth centenary commemorative mural ‘JanakJyotirmoy’ led by the university vice-chancellor Professor Dr. HafizaKhatun in the morning paying tribute to the memory for four national leaders Syed Nazrul Islam, Tajuddin Ahmed, Captain M Mansur Ali and AHM Quamruzzaman.

At that time, the university pro vice-chancellor Professor Dr. SM Mustafa Kamal Khan, treasurer Prof. Dr. KM Salah Uddin, proctor Md. Kamal Hossain, student advisor Dr. Sameeran Kumar Saha along with dean of various faculties, hall provost, department chairman, faculty-student officers and staff were present, among others.

The programme was conducted by Registrar Bijan Kumar Brahm.
