The second phase workshop on ‘Office Automation’ for University officials of Pabna University of Science and Technology at PUST on Tuesday where university vice-chancellor Prof Dr. HafizaKhatun was present as the chief guest.

The workshop held at virtual conference room of the university, the director of ‘University Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)’- Prof Dr. Mir Khaled Iqbal Chowdhury presided over the workshop while director of ICT Cell Dr. Anwar Hossain was the main presenter at the workshop which was supervised by additional director Dr. Sheikh Russel Al-Ahmed and Dr. Md. Noor Alam. IQAC administrative officer SanjidaSharmin conducted the workshop

Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. HafizaKhatun said in the inaugural function, “Through such quality workshops, we will be able to start the process of automation along with increasing the quality in every aspect of the university, education and administration.Our work will be done faster and easier that play will a helpful role in the development of himself and the university by adopting good aspects. ”

The second phase of the workshop was attended by 35 officials including heads of offices of 21 departments and various heads of administrative buildings.

Earlier, 21 department chairmen and 7 department heads participated in the first phase.
