Director of Ansar and VDP, Rangpur Range, Md. AbdusSamadin a function here said there is no alternative to computer education to build efficient human resources for keeping pace with the modern world.

“Computer training usually helps preparethe participants to connect with friends and family on social media. To use a computer is to have access to the Internet for sending and receiving email from others. Computer education also helps the people search for information side by side with making efficient human resources too”, he also said.

Director of Ansar and VDP, Rangpur Range, Md. AbdusSamad made the comments while he was addressing an inaugural ceremony of 70-day long Basic Computer Training for the enthusiastic members of Ansar and VDP at the Ansar, VDP training center of the town here on Sunday as the chief guest.

Presided over by acting district commandant Md. Rezaul Islam, the function was also addressed among others by quarter master circle adjutant Rustam Ali and training officer Shana Khatun.

Now a days, the written works of the offices are done by the computers in lieu of the traditional type machines, so every employee of the offices should have the knowledge on computer and its operating, the director also said.

Terming the computer as the modern tool, he urged the trainees to complete the training successfully and to use the knowledge acquired from the training in practical purpose.

As many as 30 members of Ansar and VDP of Rangpur, Kurigram and Gaibandha districts are taking part in the training.
