A preparatory meeting of Long Acting Reversible Contraseptic (LARC) of permanent method was held at the Mother and Child Welfare Center auditorium under under Dupchanchia upazila in Bogura on Wednesday.

The preparatory meeting was presided over by Chairman of the Upazila Parishad  Alhaj Fazlul Haque organised by Upazila Family Planning Department.

Deputy Director of Family Planning Department Parveen, Assistant Director Abdul Mannan, Medical Officer Doctor Kiran, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Doctor Shamchunnahar, President of Awami League  Aminur Rahman, General Secretary Emdadul Haque, President of Press Club  Golam Farooq and  Health Inspector Yunus Ali, Chamrul Union Health Inspector Abdul Wahab, Family Welfare Assistant Afroza Begum etc.

A detailed program was adopted for the successful implementation of the three-day LARC and PM Recipient Fair from Tuesday, September 13 to Thursday, September 15. Upazila Family Planning Officer Zakaria Hossain conducted the entire meeting.
