A team of the Metropolitan Detective Branch (DB) has arrested three kidnappers in a raid in Rajshahi metropolis.

They were arrested on Thursday (January 26) from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Domestic weapons and cash used in the robbery were recovered at the time.

The arrested are: Mohammad Yamin (24) and Mohammad Al Amin (30), son of Moktar Hossain of Baya Baripara village of RMP Airport Police Station. They are two brothers. And Md. Arif Hossain (20), son of Md. Ibdahim Hossain of Kazihata area of ​​Rajpara police station.

This information was confirmed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DB) of the Metropolitan Intelligence Branch Md. Arefin Jewel on Friday afternoon.

He said that the four arrested snatchers had been looting cash, mobile phones, etc. for a long time in various places of the metropolis by showing fear of sharp knives, daggers, etc. DB DC also said that there are several snatching cases against them in different police stations of the city.
