Vaccination Campaign and Field Day of Livestock Department has been held under Akkelpur upazila in Joypurhat. Upazila Livestock Officer Dr Rashedul Islam and other veterinary surgeons were present at the vaccination campaign and field day organized by the Upazila Livestock Department and Veterinary Hospital under the National Agricultural Technology Program Phase-II at Ganipur village in Akkelpur Upazila on Thursday morning.

One thousand cows and goats from different villages of Sonamukhi UP of the upazila were vaccinated against PPR, FMD and some other diseases and farmers were advised to increase milk and meat production.
