Police have arrested four people with three liters of domestic liquor from a tea stall of Garidah union under Sherpur upazila of Bogrua district on Thursday afternoon (January 13).
The arrested are Md.Motahar Hossain Chaklader of Khandakartola village of Sherpur upazila. Pradeep Chandra (55) of Mahipur Baripara village, Nitai Chandra of the same area and Rammohant of Salanga of Sirajganj district.
Sherpur Police Station SI Rabiul Islam said,
“A case has been filed against the detainees under the Narcotic Control Act of 2018 in this connection” “They have been sent to the jail”, he added.
