Birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children Day have been celebrated with various programs in Bogura on Wednesday.

A rally led by Deputy Commissioner Md Ziaul Hoque, Superintendent of Police Ali Ashraf Bhuiyan BPM has been brought out from DC office premises and paraded main roads of the district town.

To make the programme a grand success, district Awami League President Mojibur Rahman Majnu, General Secretary Ragebul Ahsan Ripu, T Zaman Niketa, Mafuzul Islam Raj and representatives of various government and non-government organizations participated in it.

As the sun rises, the day begins with the sound of artillery. At 8 am on the premises of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office paid homage to the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in compliance with the rules of health.
