The great Victory Day of victory have been celebrated with due dignity in Chapainawabganj. On the occasion of the day, the Road Department, Chapainawabganj has laid a wreath paying homage to the martyrs of the liberation war of 1971.

As soon as the sun rose on Monday, the national flag was hoisted at its own building and a procession carrying the banner of victory was held to pay homage to the martyred freedom fighters by Executive Engineer of District Roads and Highways Department Sanjida Afrin Jhinuk.

Sub-Divisional Engineer of District Roads and Highways Department Mehdi Khan and all the officers & employees were present at the time.
