Police have recovered a motorcycle with 15 kg of cannabis from the end of Mamurshahi village in Ward 2 of Shahbandegi union under Sherpur upazila of Bogura district.
According to police sources, on Tuesday, June 15, at around 10 am, Sherpur Police Team chased a motorcycle carrying cannabis on the basis of secret information led by Sherpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Shahidul Islam and SI Mohammad Rabiul Islam directed by Bogura District Police Superintendent, Ali Asraf Bhuyian.The drug dealer fled leaving the motorcycle at the end of Mamurshahi village, about four kilometers away from Sherpur police station. Later, the police recovered the motorcycle along with 15 kg of cannabis and took it to the police station.
